Jose Manalo, Naiyak sa Mensahe ng Anak Niyang Doktora

Jose Manalo is one of the most well-loved comedians in the Philippine showbiz industry.  For many years now, Jose has been a host in the longest-running noontime show "Eat Bulaga." With his hard work, the Kapuso star has provided a good life for his family. Aside from being a funny and vivacious host, Jose Manalo is also a responsible and loving father to his family.

As a matter of fact, thanks to Jose's support, one of his daughters graduated with a degree in medicine. Dr. Myki Manalo is now a licensed physician! She works as a resident surgeon in a hospital in Manila. But her journey to reach her dreams has not been easy.

On Instagram, Myki shared a heartwarming story about her father. Back when she was still a med student in De La Salle University, Myki was so overwhelmed with her requirements in school. She skipped class until she eventually missed her exams too. Mykie thought her father would be angry, but Jose did the most unthinkable thing.

Instead of getting angry, the comedian invited his daughter for a special daughter-and-father bonding moment. According to Myki, her father just listened to her woes while they were in an ice cream place. Surprisingly, Jose did not even get mad at his daughter.

"You just hugged me. We stayed like that for a long while. No words were needed. You understood me. You always stood by my side. Your mere presence was enough to get me through. I yearn for it daily. I miss you daddy. Please keep yourself healthy and happy. Happy father's day!"

As expected, Jose Manalo was touched with his daughter's message. Indeed, nothing can ever compare to a father's love. Even though he is busy with his career, Jose still prioritizes his family.
