These past few months, rumors are flying about Claudine Barretto's financial situation. According to some showbiz insiders, the former Kapamilya actress is no longer thriving with her finances. "Lately, may mga lumalabas na baon baon daw ako sa utang kay Jinkee Pacquiao at saka lumalabas rin, meron kaming business or transaction or trabaho na pinasukan na hindi nagprosper, parang ganyan. So kaklaruhin ko ngayon pa lang, wala po akong kahit na anong utang kahit kanino. Kahit kay Miss Jinkee Pacquiao na kumare ko."

On the other hand, Jinkee Pacquiao also stepped forward to clear the matter. She commented on Claudine's Instagram live, confirming her friend's statement and denying that they ever ventured into a business together. According to Jinkee, she's blessed to have Claudine as her 'kumare.'

"Mare ipaalam ko lang sa kanila na wala kang utang sa akin. At wala din tayong business. Masaya ako na friends tayo at kumare kita. I love u mare!"
