Batang May Coronavirus na Naka-Quarantine, Nagmamakaawang Yakapin ng Tatay Niya

A few weeks after the outbreak of coronavirus, the infection rate is exponentially spreading in Wuhan City, Hubei province. To prevent the virus from further spreading, the Chinese government has started to quarantine infected people, which resulted in many families being separated from each other. Even children were taken away from their parents.

The same thing happened to this father and his infant son. In a viral clip making rounds on social media, many people were heartbroken after seeing the struggle of this father seeing his baby in the quarantine area. His baby contracted coronavirus, which means he has to be separated from his family.

The only way they can see each other is through a glass. Right after seeing his dad, the baby's face light up and he tries to hug him, but the glass between them prevents him from doing so. Puzzlement is written all over the baby's face.

The father, on the other hand, was equally suffering as well. He couldn't help but break down after seeing his son's pitiful condition. Indeed, perhaps the most painful thing that can happen to any parent is wanting to helo your suffering child, but still being helpless about it.

For quite some time now, the local government has quarantined the infected people. This method is soon proven to be futile as it takes two weeks before the infected person shows signs of the virus, and by that time, he has already unknowingly spread the virus to others.

Elderly, children, and people with weak immune systems are more prone to catch coronavirus. Children are particularly vulnerable, and they are exposed to a greater risk since their immune system is not yet developed.
