Sanggol, Nagtamo ng Malalim na Sugat ng Mahiwa ng Doktor sa C-Section

For an expectant mother, giving birth is both an exciting and frightening day. To deliver their baby safe and sound, they trust doctors to guide them through the painful process. But what if the doctor, who's supposed to take care of you, has put your life in danger? This is the case for this 19-year-old woman in Russia, whose baby's life was put on the line after a c-section.

According to Daily Mail, a hospital in Russia is currently under scrutiny after its disastrous c-section delivery to Darya Kadochnikova. A first-time mom, Darya initially planned to give birth the natural way. However, her baby switched positions at the last minute, making it difficult to deliver her.

According to the doctors, it would be a safer option if Darya will undergo a cesarean delivery. Even though she's scared of the prospect of the surgery, Darya willingly went through it, worrying for her baby's safety. They had to sedate her with intravenous anesthetic when the epidural didn't work.

After a few hours, Darya successfully delivered a healthy baby girl. Thinking the worse is over, the young mom was about to rejoice when she saw her baby's face. The poor infant had a big gash on her left cheek after being cut by the doctor during the c-section.

On the brighter side of things, the mother was thankful that the gash did not go further up. The deep cut was next to her nose, just a few inches beneath her eye. Nevertheless, Darya was furious at the careless doctors who put her newborn's life at risk.

According to the doctors, Darya was moving too much during the c-section, which caused them to accidentally cut the baby's face. Darya claimed that following the c-section, she was struck with a high fever which prompted her to take antibiotics.

As of now, it is still not known whether an investigation is being held.
