Have you ever tried to pull a prank on someone, only to have it backfire to you? This man decided to poke fun at his wife, but little did he know that things will escalate quickly than he anticipated! After all, pranking your wife rarely leads to a peaceful confrontation.

Facebook page Pusang Gala shared a video of a prank gone wrong. In the said video, a husband tried to prank his wife. He concocted his plan first thing in the morning when he told his wife that he will be gone for the day to play "sabong," or cockfighting.

At first, his wife was hesitant to allow him. Based on the wife's reaction, this is not the first time that her husband has gambled his money away. In spite of her protests, her husband prepared to leave. Little did she know that he was already cooking up a plan to prank her later on!

A few hours later, the husband returned home, seemingly defeated and empty-handed. As part of the prank, he told his irate wife that he pawned his car and jewelry after losing in the cockfight! At this point, you can just imagine the wife's reaction after hearing his revelation.

It even came to a point when the wife tried to drive away her husband from their home. "Sinabihan na kita na yang pera mo i-save mo. Di kung saan-saan mo lang ginagastos!" But in the end, her anger dissipated when she found out that it was all a prank!

On the other hand, many people on social media enjoyed this harmless prank. As of writing this, the said clip has already reached more than 420,000 views on Facebook alone! Many netizens have also shared it, with the numbers going up to 380 shares.
