Kathryn at Daniel, Engaged na Pero Mas Piniling Itago sa Mga Fans! Bakit Kaya?

Is Kathryn Bernardo and Daniel Padilla already engaged? This has been the question that is plaguing many fans right now. Earlier this year, rumors spread that Daniel finally got down on one knee and proposed to his long-time girlfriend, Kathryn. Apparently, the proposal happened during their trip to Iceland last January 2020.

Kathryn and Daniel, collectively known as Kathniel, have been an on-screen couple since 2013. Throughout the years, their on-screen love team became a real-life romance. Now, as they hit their seventh year anniversary, rumors had it that the couple is already engaged. These rumors started in January when Kathniel visited Iceland.

Shortly after their trip, Kathryn's mom, Mommy Min, posted a cryptic message on Instagram: "May nag proposed." She did not divulge any more details, which led fans to speculate that Daniel must have probably proposed to Kathryn during their trip.

According to fans on social media, Kathryn accepted Daniel's proposal. However, the two agreed to keep their engagement under wraps. Apparently, Kathryn and Daniel wanted to have some privacy before finally settling down.

During an interview, Kathryn did not mention any engagement plans. However, the award-winning actress claimed that they have been talking about their plans for the future, and if that includes walking down the aisle, we will never know as of now:

"Not so soon. It’s too early now. You don’t just jump into it. It would be unfair for you and your partner if you’re not ready to give it your all," says Kathryn during her tell-all interview.
