Do you still remember AJ Perez? AJ is one of the most promising young actors of his time. However, he was robbed of his bright future ahead of him in a tragic car crash. On April 17, 2011, the entire nation was shocked when the talented actor passed away after his car collided with a passenger bus in Tarlac. After a day in the hospital, AJ has succumbed to his injuries.

Now, nine years after his death, AJ's loved ones and supporters are still remembering the later actor. Even though it has almost been a decade when he was gone, the former teen idol is still very much alive in the thoughts and memories of his family, friends, and fans.

In his passing, AJ left his mom, dad, and his younger brother, Angello. On AJ's 9th death anniversary, Angello posted a heartfelt tribute for his brother. On Instagram, Gelo revealed that his brother has been his inspiration throughout these years:

"Nine years since you left, but I've always made it a point to dedicate all my accomplishments to you. This year, I'd like to believe that we are graduating together and I will be thinking of you when I receive that diploma. Thank you for always being my inspiration."

Gello recently graduated from college, and he dedicated his success to his older brother. According to Gello, in his mind, his older brother is graduating together with him. As a matter of fact, during his graduation pictorial, he even included a photo of his late brother.

As expected, Gello's heartwarming tribute to AJ has tugged at the heartstrings of people on social media. Many netizens also expressed their longing for AJ, who would definitely have been a great actor. He was only 18 years old when he passed away.
