Grab Driver, Nanlumo Matapos Hindi Bayaran ng Customer ang Sandamakmak Niyang Orders!

Amid the community quarantine in the Philippines, most establishments are closed and people had to stay indoors. In spite of the looming threat, some businesses remained open, and among them is GrabFood. Grab drivers still go to work just to deliver the orders of the customers who can't go outside. Unfortunately, it seems like not all people appreciate their sacrifice.

Earlier this week, many people can't help but be enraged over the video of a Grab driver and his customer. In the short clip taken by the unidentified driver, he can be seen arguing with the customer. It seems like they had a little misunderstanding, but how the customer handled it truly infuriated the netizens.

As seen in the video, the customer seemed to be confused about his order. He even accused the Grab driver of not approaching him right away.

To his defense, the Grab driver claimed that they have a lot of orders, that's why he was not able to approach them right away.

Instead of coming to an amicable agreement, the demanding customer decided to cancel his order. The Grab driver had no choice but to take the orders from the customer. In this case, it will be the Grab driver who will pay for the canceled order.

On the other hand, this video earned the ire of many netizens on social media. They criticized the old customer for canceling his order.

Some people even suggested that this customer should be banned from ordering in GrabFood. Here's what one netizen has to say:

"I think this old man doesn't know the situation of every grab delivery driver. Please be considerate naman po, they are putting their lives at risk just to deliver the food to the foot step of your house. Makareact feeling entitled. Matandang walang pinagkatandaan."
