Finally, after three years of a long wait, Kathryn Bernardo will be able to cross off one thing in her list: building her dream house! On Instagram, the 23-year-old Kapamilya 'Teen Queen' excitedly shared the news that the construction of her dream home is finally on the move starting this year.

On March 9, Kathryn, her family, along with her reel-to-real boyfriend, Daniel Padilla, went to the construction site to mark this special day. The actress was excited, and claimed that she has been saving up for this moment for a long time.

"March 9, 2020. Day 1. Ground breaking of our new home. The construction of our dream home has officially begun. I still can’t believe it’s finally happening after 3 years of planning!"

During one of her product endorsements way back in 2019, Kathryn revealed that she's already planning the construction of their dream home. According to the 23-year-old actress, she's been saving up for a long time for her dream house.

"Hindi joke magpagawa ng bahay. Siyempre, kung may gusto akong ibigay kay Mama na dream house, iyong dream house na niya.So magtatrabaho pa ako and, hopefully, maka-start iyon soon kasi tatlong taon nang nandun iyong lupa. Sabi na lang namin, someday, uunti-untiin natin iyan."

Moreover, the actress also claimed that she wanted the house to be just exactly what her mother envisioned. According to Kathryn, she bought the piece of land three years ago, but she did not tell her father right away. When he saw it for the first time, Kath's father was speechless.

The location of Kath's soon-to-rise dream house was not disclosed. As of now, many fans are happy for the actress' success.
