Former actress Ellen Adarna is currently juggling motherhood and her career. After more than two years of showbiz hiatus, the Kapamilya sexy actress is once again ready to pick up where she left off.

Ellen had a son with her former boyfriend, John Lloyd Cruz. Elias Modesto, now two years old, is named after Ellen's late father. Despite being active on social media, the 31-year-old actress has not yet shared any photo or update about her son, which led many people to wonder.

Recently, a curious fan commented on Ellen's Instagram post and inquired why Ellen doesn't post photos of Ellen Modesto on social media. However, it seems like Ellen took this question the wrong way by responding with:

"His father and I are protecting him and his privacy from chismosas like you."

In spite of being guarded about Elias Modesto, Ellen has been vocal about her mental health struggles. On Instagram, the actress shared that she suffered from depression for almost three years. She recently went to Bali, Indonesia to finally 'free her mind' with the help of a lifestyle coach.

"At that time I didn’t know what it was. I never had that anxiety that serious. At first, I thought that I was gonna die because everything was getting hard. I was just also very sad. I was in a very dark place for two years, almost three years. I thought I wasn’t gonna snap out of it. It was that bad."

Ellen did not reveal what caused her depression, but many people speculated that it may have something to do with her relationship with John Lloyd. Way back in mid-2019, rumors spread that the couple was no longer together, and Ellen filed a restraining order against John Lloyd.
