Claudine, Aminadong Mas Angat si Julia Montes Kesa kay Julia Barretto

The new year 2020 is already in, but it seems like Claudine Barretto is not yet ready to bury the hatchet. Way back in October of 2019, the Barretto clan became the talk of the town due to a publicized squabble between the Barretto sisters, Gretchen and Claudine versus Marjorie, during the wake of their late father Miguel.

Gretchen's presence during the wake of their father became the root cause of their squabble. Even Marjorie's daughter, Julia, was dragged into the issue. Julia allegedly slapped and cursed at her aunt, Claudine, who went against her mother Marjorie.

Months have passed since their publicized family feud, but until now, it seems like Claudine still can't get over what her niece did to her. On social media, Claudine is still very much outspoken about harboring ill feelings towards her elder sister and her children, most particularly Julia.

And she made no secret of that fact. Earlier this week, Claudine posted a photo with her Mommy Inday. As you may well know, Julia Montes will finally have her showbiz comeback this March after almost two years of hiatus. Claudine was one of the celebs who welcomed Julia Montes warmly.

On Instagram, Claudine was asked by her fan: "Miss Claudine sino mas magaling na umarte as an actress si Julia Barretto o si Julia Montes?" To which Claudine replied with: "Si Julia Montes of course." Claudine also admitted that until now, she still has a misunderstanding with her niece.

On the other hand, many netizens agreed with Claudine's sentiments, claiming that Julia Barretto has a 'bland' acting on-screen. This comes as no surprise, since it is not the first time that the actress received criticisms when it comes to her performance.
