Melai, Ibinahagi ang Magiging Buhay Niya Kung Hindi Siya Nagwagi sa PBB

Throughout the years, the reality program "Pinoy Big Brother" has produced a lot of talented and versatile stars. For most housemates, the reality program has served as their stepping stone to enter the showbiz industry. Some of them went on to have a successful career in showbiz, and among them is Melai Cantiveros.

Way back in 2010, Melai Cantiveros was hailed as the grand champion in "Pinoy Big Brother: Double Up." Melai, who was raised in General Santos City, South Cotabato, captivated the audience with her charming antics and a great sense of humor. This is also what made fellow housemate Jason Francisco fall in love with her.

Jason and Melai's love story started inside the house and eventually blossomed which led them to marriage. Now, the couple is happily married with two daughters. Melai is one of the hosts of the talk show "Magandang Buhay," which has been running for three years straight now.

Indeed, more than 10 years have passed since Melai won in PBB. Would her life be different if she had not coveted the grand champion title? In a press conference, Melai looked back at her humble beginnings and claimed that life would be so different for her.

If she did not win "Pinoy Big Brother," Melai said that she would probably be a full-time housewife, who will devote all of her time and effort to her family. "Tapos kasi siya, (Jason) mangingisda. So ako, willing ako maging housewife."

In spite of their thriving careers, Jason and Melai still want their kids to grow up humble. Just recently, the couple shared their vacation in the province with Mela and Stela.
