For a mother, nothing is ever more painful and frightening than being separated from your child. But this separation also bears a heavy burden on the child. Growing up without a mother figure is very tough and challenging because no one can replace the love and care of your own mother.

This is also the reason why most OFW mothers find it so tough to work abroad, as they can't part with their children. However, in order to provide for their family, they must leave the country and search for better opportunities. Among them is Tintin, who recently joined "Wowowin" to share her story.

According to Tintin, when she got pregnant by her boyfriend, she found out that he has another family. After finding out the bitter truth, Tintin was forced to raise her baby on her own.

Right after giving birth, she decided to work in Dubai as a factory worker to look for better opportunities and to provide a better life for her daughter. Even though she managed to send money every month, Tintin had to pay the ultimate price.

Her daughter Danielle grew up at the care of her mom, and from a young age, her daughter never got to feel Tintin's love and care. When Tintin came back, her daughter no longer remembers her.

During her interview, Danielle also revealed that she's already 6 years old. Since she was just 1 year old, Danielle was raised by her grandmother, that's why she never looked up to Tintin as her real mother. When her grandmother passed away, Tintin had difficulties in winning the affections of her kid.

Even Kuya Wil can't help but turn emotional after hearing Tintin's story. This just goes to show what truly matters when it comes to choosing between your job and your family.
