Grab Rider na Hindi Binayaran ng Customer, Tinulungan ni Idol Raffy

Amid the enhanced community quarantine in Metro Manila, Grab Food drivers are still operating to deliver meals to the people who can't go outside. In spite of the risks due to the coronavirus outbreak, they still risk their safety just to earn a living for their family. Unfortunately, it seems like not all people appreciate their sacrifices.

Earlier this week, netizens were enraged over the video of a Grab driver who was not paid by his customers. Apparently, the middle-aged man and his daughter accidentally created two orders, but they refused to accept the other one and insisted that it was already canceled.

Because of this, the Grab driver had no choice but to sell the Php800-worth of fast food meals to his fellow drivers.

He also shared the video on social media so that people will know just how difficult it is for a rider when a customer cancels their order. Luckily for him, Raffy Tulfo picked up on his story and decided to help him out.

The renowned host immediately contacted the Grab Food driver, Cedrick Salaya. During his interview with Raffy Tulfo, Salaya revealed that the customers insisted that they already canceled their orders.

However, this turned out to be not true, since the order was still visible on Cedrick's end.

According to Raffy Tulfo, they have also contacted the customers who were seen in the video. They refused to face the camera, but they agreed to make amends with the Grab Food driver. In addition to that, they also admitted that they acted rudely and inappropriately towards the driver.

Salaya also claimed that he is willing to make amends with the customers. However, in part two of the video, it seems like the customers were still not ready to bury the hatchet.
