When Billy Crawford came back to the Philippines, he entered the limelight and quickly soared into popularity with his movies and TV shows. He also became one of the hosts in the Kapamilya noontime show "It's Showtime," where he met his life partner, actress Coleen Garcia.

The two were wed in a grand ceremony in Balesin way back in 2018. When he and Coleen finally started their new life as husband and wife, both of them decided to lie low from their showbiz careers. According to some fans, Billy has lost so much weight after finally settling down with Coleen. Some fans even commented on the former actor's unshaven look. Because of his appearance, there are people who are also thinking that Billy might be sick.

Some fans claimed that stress might be the explanation for Billy's sudden weight loss. On the other hand, his wife, Coleen Garcia, is yet to issue her comment about this.
