Alex Gonzaga came to the rescue to defend her sister from the allegations. According to Alex, even though Toni is not posting her donations online, she has actually contributed a lot to people in need. Alex also shared her sister's generous donations.

"Teddie Salazar, walang kwenta. Pero 'yung Toni Gonzaga, dami na naitulong. 'Di lang siya ma-post. Ako magpo-post, teka lang," Alex also shared the photos of hundreds of food packs personally prepared by her sister.

Aside from the food packs, Alex claimed that Toni has also made generous donations on different churches. She also funds the scholarship program of thousands of students in need.

Earlier this week, a critic left an unsavory comment on Toni's IG. According to the netizen, Toni has been incredibly quiet during the coronavirus pandemic. The netizen also compared Toni to her sister Alex, who recently shared in her recent vlog that they donated to families in need during the quarantine:
