Zsa Zsa Padilla, Nangamba sa Kaligtasan Matapos ang Ambush kay Kim Chiu

Earlier this week, Kim Chiu had a life-threatening incident that made headlines all over the nation. The 29-year-old actress was on her way to the taping on March 4, with her personal assistant and driver, when gunmen suddenly fired eight shots on Kim Chiu's van in the middle of Katipunan Avenue.

Fortunately, no one was harmed during the ambush. In her interview right after the accident, Kim revealed that she was sleeping during that time. Had she been sitting and reading her script, she will surely be hit by the bullets.

Undoubtedly, this was a traumatic incident for the 'Chinita Princess.' But aside from that, the shooting incident also serves as a grim reminder to other celebrities that nobody is safe.

Not even bodyguards or even an armored van can keep you secured from people with wicked intentions. Among those who expressed their concern for Kim Chiu is Kapamilya singer Zsa Zsa Padilla.

On Twitter, the veteran singer expressed her concern over the shooting incident with Kim Chiu. Zsa Zsa also raised concern about safety in the Philippines:

“Relieved our baby girl Kim Chiu is safe and everyone inside van were all spared from being hit by bullets. But how safe are we when we get out into the streets? Ganyan na ba talaga ngayon, Pilipinas?”

On the other hand, many people on Twitter also agreed with Zsa Zsa's sentiments. Many fans are calling out to speed up the process of the investigation regarding Kim Chiu's incident. A special team has already been appointed to the case.
