Mommy Divine, Nagtitinda na Lang ng Gulay Matapos ang Tampuhan Nila ni Sarah

In these past few weeks, Mommy Divine has been the talk of the town on social media. It all started when she tried to stop Sarah Geronimo and Matteo Guidicelli's wedding, held last February 20. The wedding was kept secret from Mommy Divine, and once she was made aware of it, she rushed to the wedding to stop her daughter.

The supposedly solemn wedding turned into a public fiasco, as Mommy Divine was engaged in a heated argument with the groom's parents. As the altercation escalated, Matteo even allegedly threw a punch at Sarah's bodyguard, for tipping off Mommy Divine of their secret wedding.

After the incident, Mommy Divine allegedly suffered from high blood pressure and was rushed to the hospital the next day. Although Sarah was worried for her mother, the 'Popstar Royalty' decided not to visit her mother in order to avoid more altercation.

Now, three weeks after the incident, many people are wondering: how is Mommy Divine coping up? Ever since the wedding incident, Mommy Divine and her husband refused to talk to the press. Earlier this week, the elusive stage mom was spotted by Daddie Wowie, a talent manager.

According to Daddie, it seems like Mommy Divine is already back at her feet. Daddie spotted Mommy Divine in her market stall in Mindanao Avenue, selling organic vegetables from their farm. Even though they did not talk about Sarah, there are still traces of longing in Mommy Divine's eyes.

"Mga fresh ang gulay na itinitinda ni Mommy Divine. May mga kalabasa, radish, kamote. Nagtitinda rin siya ng suka sa puwesto nila sa Mindanao Avenue. First time ko na ma-meet si Mommy Divine. Ayaw nga niyang magpakuha kami ng litrato, pero napapayag ko rin. Ang sabi niya, huwag kong i-post, pero nag-post pa rin ako."

According to Daddie, this just proves that Mommy Divine is not entirely independent to her daughter. Even though she's not in good terms with her daughter, Mommy Divine is still as energetic and driven as ever.
