Lumpia Vendor, Kumikita ng Mahigit sa P100k Kada Buwan sa Paglalako ng Lumpia

The post of a netizen has gone viral on social media showing the bountiful profits of the lumpia business. According to netizen Jomer AraƱas, he wants to shift his career as a lumpia vendor when he realizes how much a lumpia vendor earns in just a day. Hint: it's more than the minimum wage!

Jomer bought a lumpia from an elderly vendor. While he was eating, he got curious and asked Manong vendor how much he makes. Manong told the vendor that he was selling 600 pieces of lumpia in one day and that it was quickly consumed because people liked it.

Every three pieces of lumpia cost 20 pesos, meaning the revenue was up to P4,000 per day for over 600 pieces of lumpia a week. This means that the vendor can earn as much as  P28,000 pesos in one week and in a span of one month, he can earn P112,000 just from selling all of his lumpia!

Manong's earnings are so bountiful that if you look at it, Manong's vendors seem to be surpassing the wages of working professionals wearing their corporate attire.

According to the comment of a Facebook user Jarynil Lao Burlado, this revelation about the simple yet lucrative lumpia business served as an “eye opener” for him. According to Jarynil, nowadays extra income is important to get by and it is not enough that you just have a job because you also have to be optimistic in life to earn enough.

“Strategy over Career. Success is not a paper qualification anymore. EXTRA income is really a must for you. DON'T HAVE TIME, YOU'LL KNOW, " according to Jarynil.
