Kris Aquino, Nagpahayag ng Suporta sa Renewal ng ABS-CBN Franchise

ABS-CBN's renewal of franchise is currently hanging on the line. Kapamilya channel is one of the biggest multimedia networks in the Philippines. ABS-CBN has more than 11,000 employees, including its staff, crew, board members, and talents. Throughout the years, the Kapamilya network has also produced many remarkable shows and entertaining programs.

Many people rallied for the renewal of ABS-CBN's franchise. Among them were the thousands of celebrities, whose only line of employment is currently hanging on the thread. Even former Kapamilya stars also campaigned for the network's franchise.

Among them is "Queen of All Media" Kris Aquino. Kris used to be one of the most popular hosts in the Kapamilya network. She became popular in shows such as "Today with Kris Aquino," "Pilipinas, Game KNB," "Kapamilya, Deal or No Deal," "The Buzz," "Aquino Abunda Tonight" and "Kris TV."

However, due to personal conflict, Kris had to part ways with her home network in 2016. Even though she had a beef against ABS-CBN, this did not stop Kris from airing out her sentiments regarding its franchise renewal. On Instagram, the former host was quoted as to saying:

"My prayers good wishes are with the marshalls, crew, cameramen, technical staff, production assistants and personnel, writers, creative teams, and EVERYONE I had the privilege of working with and learning from during my almost 20 years as a Kapamilya."

Moreover, Kris also expressed her gratitude to the network, which has been her home for many years.

"I am only expressing sincere, heartfelt THANKS for what shall forever be an unforgettable period, where my personal professional lives seamlessly intersected—both my sons went from crawling to running while celebrating our many milestones on ABS-CBN."
