Sarah at Matteo, Nag-Shopping Para sa Kanilang New Home

For newlyweds, nothing is more exciting than the prospect of starting your life together. But living together under one roof is easier said than done.

After six years of relationship, Sarah Geronimo and Matteo Guidicelli were finally wed in a Christian wedding last Friday, February 21. Despite Mommy Divine's intervention, the celebrity couple, collectively known as AshMatt, proved that their love will conquer all odds.

Today, almost a week after their wedding, the newlyweds are finally ready to start their life as a married couple. Although it's not clear whether Sarah and Matteo have already bought a home, the couple were seen preparing. In a circulating video, both Sarah and Matteo were seen buying appliances.

The celebrity couple was accompanied by Scarlet Snow Belo. Even though they have been bombarded with endless controversies since their wedding, the couple looked happy, content, and excited to finally start their married life together.

On Instagram, Matteo shared their first-ever toast as a couple and expressed his gratitude to their fans and their family for supporting their decision. According to the Kapamilya actor, he will continue to fight for his wife Sarah and for his family.

"In time, with God’s grace and love, everything will heal and fall into place. We are happy, we are blessed, and we are husband and wife! Let’s always celebrate life and love!" This is part of Matteo's heartfelt message on Instagram.
