Kaganapan sa Secret Wedding ng AshMatt, Ibinunyag ng Relationship Counselor

Throughout the years, the public has witnessed Sarah Geronimo and Matteo Guidicelli’s relationship. Way back in 2014, fans were excited after the ‘Popstar Royalty’ confirmed that they were exclusively dating. Now, six years into their love story, Sarah and Matteo, collectively known as ‘AshMatt,’ have finally tied the knot in a secret wedding last February 20.

But their relationship wasn’t all sunshine and rainbow. Even from the beginning, Sarah and Matteo’s relationship was off to a rocky start.  For one, the singer’s family, particularly her mother, did not approve of their relationship. But despite the odds, AshMatt proved their love for one another.

To shed light on the newlyweds’ journey, their relationship counselor gave an exclusive interview with TV Patrol. Letty Fuentes confirmed that the couple got married on Friday, but contrary to the public’s belief, it was not merely a civil wedding. Letty was one of the few people who were invited to their Christian wedding.

The couple tied the knot in Victory Church in Taguig. According to Letty, who has also been a close friend of the newlyweds, Sarah couldn’t be happier during the wedding. “She was happy, she was really happy.” Indeed, the Popstar Royalty has waited a long time to finally marry the man of her dreams.

Letty also confirmed that Mommy Divine, who was not invited during the wedding, made a scene at the ceremony. Apparently, in the heat of the argument, the hysterical Mommy Divine even wanted to slap her son-in-law. Fortunately, this was prevented by the people who mediated between them.

In spite of this ‘Divine intervention,’ the couple are still looking at the bright future ahead of them. According to Letty, the groom was crying tears of joy after putting the ring on Sarah’s finger. Congratulations and best wishes, Mr. and Mrs. Guidicelli!
