"Dyan ka naman magaling eh"- Vice Ganda, Pinatutsadahan ni Mark Lopez

One of the largest media networks in the Philippines, ABS-CBN, is currently facing a great battle. The giant network is fighting for the renewal of its franchise. Without it, the network will halt its operation and its more than 10,000 employees will be left unemployed. Because of what's at stake, celebrities are also defending the network.

Vice Ganda, Kapamilya comedian and host, used the power of social media to defend his home network. On Twitter, the "It's Showtime" host denied the allegations that ABS-CBN did not pay taxes, hence why it's being closed down by the Duterte administration.

According to Vice Ganda, the next thing we know, people are already spreading more lies about his home network. "Bukas ipapakalat naman ng mga trolls ABS-CBN hindi nagbayad ng kuryente. Tapos sunod naman di nagbayad ng tubig. Tapos di nagbayad ng cable."

However, it seems like not all people were amused with Vice Ganda's rhetorics. Mark Lopez, a known pro-administration blogger, lambasted the comedian on Facebook. Lopez also pointed out Vice's 'signature moves' of allegedly belittling Filipinos.

"Sure Mr Jose Marie Viceral, you can mock and belittle those who are making a stand against your network’s egregious sins against the Filipinos. Jan ka naman magaling eh. Yan ang kinabubuhay mo, ang daanin sa biro ang pang aalipusta sa kapwa mo. Trolls talaga ha?"

From the start, Lopez has been known to be vocal about his support for the ABS-CBN shutdown. Indeed, his sentiments have also garnered much support on Facebook. On the other hand, until now, Vice Ganda is yet to issue his response to Mark Lopez's tirades against him.
